A great hotel to have lots of fun with friends

We loved Eric!! What a great asset to your hotel he is!! Apart from one of the staff at breakfast all the staff to be honest were super friendly and happy to help.

No vigin mary on offer in the bar and slow service. To be honest it helped cut down our alcohol consumption however it's a missed oppotunity for you as we could and would have spent more money had we been able to get served quicker. As it was we had a restuarant booked and had to leave

Good location. Property in good condition and clean

Not possible to get much choice of food in the afternoon. Just some basic items from coffee bar. Lady at checkin desk very friendly and helpful. The 2 guys in bar and coffee bar very poor. Both quite friendly but no idea how to deal with customers. They seemed to be overwhelmed with about 6 customers. I would hate to think how they would cope if there was any number of customers there.
