Close to the action and good value for a family room

Location was amazing - so close to the lake, shopping and great food. New years was very busy and so close to the action but still super quiet inside when the windows were closed. Aircon worked perfectly. Everything was as advertised and great for the price. Breakfast was order a cooked component (eg. Eggs) and small but sufficient buffet. Staff at breakfast super lovely and engaged with the kids. Lilli at reception was so helpful organising our private transfers to Ha Long bay and both directions went smoothly.

My family members do not like the breakfast. Everyday the same items not delicious. The hotel man serving us breakfast he is ok only problem we got language barriers.

Clean, beautiful room. Huge bed, lovely bathroom. Breakfast included was a buffet. Staff very friendly. Close to restaurants, cafes, banks, shops & markets. Excellent.

Pleasant. I can recommend.

I was in Vietnam for 11 days on a business trip and stayed in this hotel. Location is great in Old Quarter. The service was super friendly and helpful. The hotel room and also the bathroom were very clean and the air conditioning worked great.

Disappointing

Don't believe the photos

Close to the lake. Big balcony.

The room was completely different to the photos on any website. It was extremely old and not particularly clean. The paint and wallpaper was peeling. After paying a premium we were expecting luxury and got run-down instead. The furniture was stained, old, and uncomfortable. The "fridge" was a cooler which took over a day to actually get cold.The breakfast was also barely edible. Food was served at room temperature rather than hot. Couldn't even chew the bacon. Unfortunately the only hot thing served was the fake orange juice which was warmer than room temperature.
