Enjoyable hotle and great location.

The room was nice. Location was great Breakfast food was good. Staff were friendly. View was good.

The lobby is hard to find The breakfast area was crowded, maybe at over capacity for what it can do.

Very good

Excellent location, very friendly staff, adequate breakfast, comfortable room. A return visit.

Breakfast was good. Location to our restaurants of interest, the CSO and shopping was great.

Of course the parking is an issue, too expensive since we did not utilize our vehicle at all during our stay in Chicago, so we opted to park two blocks away in another parking garage by the Palmer House Hilton.

Location

Its one of the oldest historic buildings in Chicago and yet the soul had been ripped out with decor. It could have been any 1990s hotel on earth. You should celebrate the 1900s/art deco era
