Convenient, Cost Effective Stay for Families

The hotel is convenient to dining, shopping and the expressway. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous. They were accommodating with all requests made.

The entire floor smelled like cigarettes. It was quite disturbing for our stay. The heat was noisy and hard to maintain. Either the room became too hot or it became cold. It took awhile for the water to become hot in the sink. My parents had to change rooms because their heat and refrigerator did not work. It would be helpful to have daily trash service since the cans are small and you do not have housekeeping services unless you stay over three days.

Unwillingness to work with us when we couldn't make stay because we had an emergency at home and had to go home early from our event. Uncaring about emergency we had and didn't even try to help with maybe a room credit or something. Our emergency was we had a lady letting our dog out bail on us after we traveled 5 hourds to our destination at last minute. So we had to go home. If we hadn't of went home. Our fur baby would've been in a crate for over 24 hours without food or water. Basically told us tough luck with your emergency but we're keeping your $225 for nothing. Keep payment when hotel wasn't even booked up. I'm guessing the manager at this hotel doesn't care about animals or thinking animals shouldn't be considered an emergency. Shame on you!!! I know her name but will not post it here. Posted is picture of our fur baby who manager didn't think deserved emergency credit.

The staff was so kind and professional. We had a small issue with our reservation and they took care of it right away.

Comfortable and Convenient accommodations for a weekend family getaway.

Our family has stayed at this location at least 3 times. Each time we are impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the location. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are quite comfortable (except for the small pillows). It provides everything we need for a weekend trip.

On this particular visit, the hotel was noisy which is unusual. We did not like that pets were in the hotel which was disturbing with barking. Additionally, on this visit, we were disturbed by a crying baby above our rooms. There was a soccer team staying in the facility which made for the noisy hallways.

Convenient location for passing through, cleanliness is lacking.

The location is convenient to the highway. There is a great Peruvian chicken restaurant across the street. Free breakfast was not bad.

The first room I checked into had a gross, dirty napkin on the floor. Cleanliness is lacking overall.

Perfect staff and hotel!

Great property! Close to interstate and restaurants. Enjoyed the pool as well. The breakfast was yummy! Staff very friendly and polite. Love the stay and would definitely stay here again!

Really have no complaints. One downside is the access to the pool is from outside versus from inside the hotel, but that wasn't a big deal to me.
