Disappointing

Stay was ok. Didnt Spend much time at the hotel.

Breakfast was great. Hotel location was ok.

The pool was not like these pictures and the pool location was terrible. There was a nasty false fingernail in my room which means it wasnt cleaned properly.

Pleasant

Comfortable stay but needs better communication/coordination

Breakfast was good with a kind people-person attendant- Ms Shae.She's definiely a gem. Always made sure breakfast items did not run out.

Initially, we were accidentally assigned a room that was still dirty with women's under wear left on floor. So it was a hassel to have to transfer to another.
