Very good

Hard beds but good food. Could have been better, could have been worse

The room was spacious and furnished well, with lights that were easy to switch on and off, and a fairly quiet HVAC unit. It was clean, and that is always appreciated. The breakfast was definitely above average. The mini scones were a nice surprise and were my favorite breakfast item there. Check in and check out were very easy.

The beds were very hard and I had trouble sleeping because of that. And it was very close to the Interstate so there was road noise. I was there with a group for a sports event, and someone else chose this location. I would have stayed farther from the highway. Also, it was hard to get to from the direction I got off of the highway-from I 75 south. I had to drive across a gravel lot at night to get to it because there was a median in the road where I needed to turn, because of its proximity to the interstate interchange.

Loved it would stay again

Great hotel comfortable beds pretty clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Its a little bit further away from downtown and I would like but the price reflects that so its all fair. Just make sure you check a map.

I would never stay there again!

We liked the location because it was close to everything but the room itself was horrible.

There was black foot print stains on the floor. The bed was hard and not comfortable at all. The shower needed calking to fill in several holes. The shower head was not working well and leaking. There was several cracks in the ceiling. Stains on the sheets and they didn't have any extras to replace. It was the worst Hampton I've ever stayed in.

Very disappointed in our stay.

The pool is never working properly at this location. Wasn't heated so they sent us next door and their pool wasn't heated either. Housekeeping didn't come for 4 days even though they came in on us on day 2. We asked them to come back in 5 minutes and they even saw us leave and they didn't come back. When they did come on day 5, they just picked up the trash, dirty towels and threw the comforter over the bed. Didn't change the sheets or even straighten them.

Nice staff, great breakfast. The decorated pumpkin contest was a cute addition.. comfortable. Nice property overall.

The planned refurbishment (2024) is needed. Several areas were a bit run down. Clean, but in need of maintenance.
