90% worth the cost

The hotel was clean and the staff were welcoming.

The breakfast was horrible. The frozen eggs were still cold and the attendant only served small amounts of food at a time creating long lines of people waiting. Saturday night of my stay, the guest above me was noisy and walked heavily footed around the room all night. Litterly all night. We had almost no sleep. I informed the desk the next morning- they just smiled and said " oh no, Im sorry. " I understand it's a arkward situation for the team to handle on both ends, however the way I see it is I paid over $100 that night for a place to sleep. We got no sleep, then woke up the next morning to half frozen eggs and potatoes, no bacon and long lines for the waffel makers and toasters and bacon. Team members smiling at me and telling me you're sorry only made me my sleep deprived hangry attiute worse. I feel the night should have been refunded or discounted.

Superb

Ninfa greeted with a welcome so warm, I felt as if we had known each other for years...

I was able to walk to my meetings everyday and save on downtown parking rates.

Checkout time around 2pm would have been nicer.

Location and rooms even though smell weird at first

I didn't like that I see my bill and I got charges for the parking spot they don't tell me about that and my bill went up it wasn't what you guys from book.com said on it I wish I can get that refund that money

This Hampton Inn has a great location with free parking. All "the basics" were good.

It was GREAT to have free parking so close to the center of downtown! The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast options were plentiful. As a tourist, I found walking to major destinations in the downtown area very easy. Staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful.

I did find it difficult to keep the room from being too chilly.
