Very comfortable room.... location was so so

Web site says free shuttle from the airport. I only booked this because of the free shuttle.... My plane arrived shortly after 10:00 p.m. and when I called about the shuttle, they said that the shuttle stop at 10:00 p.m. I asked if I could transfer my first night to Fairfield Inn Airport and take a shuttle the next day to the Marketplace shuttle... they refused to do this... it cost me almost $30.00 for an Uber.... not happy at all about this.

Disappointing

Check the Room before you unpack.

Location is good. The bed was very comfortable. The cable TV and the TV was nice. The coffee selection was good, and the fridge work and was cold.

Do not stay in room 310, because the door frame is too wide for the door. Can see the hallway rug through the crack/opening between the door and door frame from the latch and downward - gets wider towards the bottom. Anyone can peep inside. I stuffed towels in the gap to block the light from the hallway and keep anyone from peeping into the room. The water pressure for the shower is a bit low, but not bad. The clock was missing the knob, so you cannot set the alarm, so I used my phone's alarm APP.

Superb

Nice hotel stay with great staff & free parking

The staff was welcoming and accommodating Miranda especially. You are greeted with a welcome bag of snack bars and your choice of water including sparkling. The breakfast was excellent including hot foods loved the mini quiches! My room included a fridge and microwave as well as streaming tv which I really appreciated. Although I used my car (free parking!) and didnt go on the Riverwalk this time, they have a shuttle to and from the Riverwalk which was about 25 minute walk. I focused on the art museums and missions this visit so its access to major roads worked for me.

Im not sure what the walk to Riverwalk and other areas would have been like it seemed very commercial/ industrial. The elevator was slow but it worked.
