Great location. Nice folks. Room needs attention

Breakfast was good. Location was good.

The bathroom door did not shut. It didnt even touch the frame. There was a pair of underwear under the vanity. Pillows were really bad.

In summary, even though hotel is older the location makes up for it. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights during Christmas time and had a great experience. Hotel is outdated but our room was clean and spacious. We had a view of Travis park and when it lit up at night it was beautiful. Location is amazing, 3 minutes to the Riverwalk and a nice area. We literally walked everywhere. We parked at a parking garage nearby and that was alot cheaper than doing valet. Since everything is walking distance we did not use our car at all until we headed home. Staff were nice and helpful.

I would not recommend eating the hotel breakfast because it was horrible. Luckily there are plenty of breakfast places nearby. The hotel could definitely use some remodeling, the wallpaper in our bathroom was starting to peel off and the windows need to be cleaned badly.

Great family getaway!

I called for early check in and was told that the room I reserved was unavailable. It was upgraded immediately. I loved how the hotel saw the issue before it even happened.

My youngest grandson wanted bananas for breakfast only issue.

Perfect, one block from river walk. Easy check in , breakfast was just right and hot every morning. Check out was a breeze.

Pleasant, some room and procedural updates could further improve customer experience.

Awesome location, breakfast was good, the bathroom in our room was clean and in updated condition.

Other furnishings in our room were dated and in some cases in damaged condition. Windows were dirty. Noisy cleaning staff carts pushed across floor during breakfast and early morning trash pickup behind hotel.

Windows were very dirty and couldnt be opened to clean and let air in.carts in basement were very loud when moving around at breakfast. Trash pick up at 4am woke me with banging around of dumpsters.
