Overall a nice place. Nice staff. Pretty clean. No having our room cleaned for 2 days was a bummer.

Locations and it was pretty clean

No one told us there would be no cleaning service for 2 days.

Lots of things to love, cleanliness, house keeeping the soaps and air conditions. Comforts breakfast available. I love alll the mirrors. The location everything was phenomenal.

Breakfast staff werent as nice and looked at you were like stealing food, it was uncomfortable. Pool needs ventilation, it was a lot to handle.

Great location and reasonably priced this hotel is great for people who want to explore Skokie

Friendly staff and great location, room service was prompt and very helpful. Breakfast was also high quality. I was impressed with this hotel, and will be visiting again.

Public bathrooms in the lobby weren't clean. The rooms could use more lamps, ours seemed a little too dark even after turning on all available light.

Very comfortable bed

Most comfortable bed we slept in during our 3 week trip. Room was very spacious. Breakfast was standard Hampton Inn fare, which was much appreciated.

Wish there had been a safe in the room.

comfortable beds, clean and spacious, great location

Spacious room with large, comfortable beds. We enjoyed the breakfast (waffles & sausage were great!) as well as the complimentary tea/coffee bar. Though we didn't make use of it, we also liked the little convenience store in the lobby with frozen food and snacks available for purchase. The bathroom was large and the shower pressure very satisfying. Plenty of parking in the lot, great location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The location was perfect. And it was quiet I appreciated that.

The breakfast was a little disappointing, but other than that nothing major.

I think breakfast slipping at Hamptons after covid

Was not notified that you had to request room make up daily. Other Hamptons Ive stayed did not have that policy. Came back to room to find beds not made ect. Dissatisfied

Love staying here when we visit from TN! Its our go-to hotel.

I love the location. Close enough a Chicago where I have a student at a university, but nice suburban area close to the highway. I stay here often when visiting my student from out of state, and am always happy with my stay. Jocelyn (on staff) checked in daily this trip via text to be sure we didnt need anything else for our room and was quite accommodating. Even over a holiday weekend, everything was great!

I liked the avialability of the coffee all the day.

The breakfast was poor in terms of variety of food. This was a complete deception. The use of disposable plastic/paper dishes and fork/knife is not a environmental friendly choice. Noise from the highway.
