The caretaker came over to let us in property after I called to say the taxi had dropped us to the apartment and I had no idea where reception was. He was great and this was much easier re check in as I had sent all in online in advance. It is an extra cost to stop by taxi to reception. The caretaker was great.

I do not think you should have to go to reception for keys. Someone should meet you at property. Also I left keys at apartment when finished. I could not go to reception earlier when leaving as taxi pick up was coming to apartment.

Great apartments for a relaxing stay. Clean and not bad value.

Great sized apartment with lovely pool and beautifully kept complex.

The reception area is at another complex and when we arrived the reception had closed but the 24 hour concierge hadnt started yet so we ended up waiting over an hour for them to get our keys. No housekeeping or change of towels over 5 days and only one small towel per person!

Never again with booking.com no help whatsoever after 3 to 4 days of talking or communicating with a different assistant

Horrendous!!

only the location, we come to this area of Elveria every year.

The property allocated to us was not any were near the property when we book with Booking.com the pictures on the booking was for different properties and not the one they gave us by SAGESA property expert. We also complain about the smell coming from the second bathroom, from the bath and the toilet and where told all properties have the same problem some time and Community Manager is aware of it. SAGESA would not change us to another property on there books in the same complex as we book with Booking.com and is a special price to them. We had a booking of 2 months with the same problem (2 different booking reference as booking.com only take a month booking) we contacted booking.com by website assistant and every time we had to explain the same problem no one really bother about it and time waisted even if they consider you a level Genius, what a waist of time and effect on our behalf. Never again.
