H2H services is quite bad now compared to my previous stay with them.

Adequate and well equipped room

The operator service has deteriorated compared to previous stay. They are fast in asking for room deposit upon check in but extremely slow in refunding the deposit paid and up to this time of writing they was no feedback at all on the deposit refund. Hotels upon check out they will refund within an hour after checking out. Even other air bnb operators in Melaka.

Dirty under the beds Water cut not informed by management company-therefore unprepared. Could do with some maintenance repairs eg shower holder, leaky hand bidet, window locks
