H10 Port Vell 4* Sup

The floor of the bathroom flooded everytime I used the shower due to the stupid design. I had to use all extra towels to mop up the water each day. Unfortunately I was ill during my stay so slept in late and didnt go out as much as intended. The cleaners are quite intent on cleaning your room everyday whether you want it cleaned or not. I was disturbed several times during my stay despite making it clear I didnt want room service. I wonder if they are paid by each room they clean?? The rooms are definitely not sound proof. Every time someone returned to their room or flushed the toilet I was woken up! When checking out, I paid for a few mini bar expenses. Only to be informed I was being charged for a coffee from the bar. When I challenged this and said I didnt order it, the staff member insisted and made a point of showing me the receipt for the charge back to my room - when I pointed out that it wasnt my signature on the receipt and I had to hold my ground to not pay for the charge the staff member backed down eventually but didnt apologise for their error - I felt like I was being accused of dodging payment. I cant help but wonder what would have happened if the charges to my bill were bigger? How would I prove I didnt order them?? With such a poor system of checking that people are billing back to their actual room! Needless to say I wont be returning, Ive cancelled my stay booked in February and have booked a self contained apartment in the city zero chance of being ripped of with unfair charges!!
