Perfect in every way

The location was excellent and the hotel is great and we had a street side balcony which was brilliant made our stay really enjoyable didn't use the bar or food facilities but they looked lovely aswell.The added bonus of a coffee machine and kettle was a great touch and complimentary water and chocolates just topped the excellent experience

Disappointing

Very disappointing!

The bar and service staff were very welcoming and helpful. The facilities are great. It is a nice hotel and food is lovely.

Did not get a restful time as expected. The road outside is very noisy, much noisier than I have ever experienced at a hotel near by. There were water works being carried out at the front of the property which woke us at 6am and carried on throughout the day when wed only got to sleep at 1am due to the noise from the public outside. It was so disappointing. I raised it with the hotel staff and they could not offer an alternative suitable room. Sent a complaint to senior staff once we arrived home and I am not hearing or receiving any favourable solution. We paid top money to stay here and I would not expect this anywhere!

Make H10 Metropolitan your first choice!

Concierge/check in desk was fantastic in providing dinner recommendations and reservations in addition to a warm and friendly welcome! The breakfast was top notch w the opportunity to order breakfast from a menu as well! I didnt mention anything about my husbands birthday and it was a surprise to him and myself he was greeted with Prosecco and a candle on a personal cake during our breakfast!!! Wow and thank you;-) It is close to metro and bus plus walking distance to everything! The room attendant remade bed tight (impressed with attention to detail, 4 night stay). They forgot to replace hot tub towels, we called and was delivered in less than 5 minutes. Made our 25th wedding anniversary memorable! Bravo H10 Metropolitan for a great staff all around!

Ripped off

My wife and I stayed H10 Metropolitan hotel, Barcelona on Sep 27, 2023. Hotel has great location and nice looking lobby however, double bed room we got was too tiny to put 2 luggage bags and furnitures in the room were with very cheap ones. Bathroom has not been cleaned well and has lots of mold in the shower room. I paid over 300 euros/night and I feel I got totally ripped off. So disappointed and I still feel frustrated about this hotel 6 weeks after I came back from Barcelona.
