The only ok thing about this property was its near the beach area thats it

- No Lift - very limited staff (you have to lift your suitcase along) - incomplete room, nothing was up to the mark. It was not at all a comfortable place to stay you basically you need to do everything and beware of mosquitoes

To sum up everything is good. I highly recommend and also if i will come back in the future i will probably stay here in

I like the peace and quietness. And the nature. Lots of wild animals. Like squirrels monkeys and birds. Rooms are so spacious. Everything is clean. Close to the beach restaurant and shops. There is aircon in the room and big fan on the ceiling if u dont like a cold aircon.

Nothing, honestly. Only mosquitoes which is very inevitable since we are in nature. Breakfast is same everyday but its also okay not a problem. No swimming pool.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Spacious rooms, perfect location and friendly staff. It was a really calm environment but still closed to the beach.

Nice & clean room. I think a little expensive, I expected more!

The staff in the recepition wasnt very welcomeing and kind of cold. Also they advertised that you could do laundry there, which I planned on but when I arrived they said it was not possible! Dont advertise something that isnt true!

good quiet guest house near the beach

-very quiet and nice location near the main street, - big room, - good furniture, - friendly stuff, - green terraces with lots of birds and animals. Like is jungle:)

- wi-fi connection is not so good and have a limit, - problems with electricity, - theres a bit dark in the room

Very good

Wonderful location not far from the beach and in the most touristic place, Unawatuna. There are lots of little shops around. Staff is very pleasant, and generally villa is so authentic. Recommended.
