    Overall, the apartment was clean & surrounding was quiet. If you plan to cook yourself, the Carrefour Supermarket & the wet market is just 10 mins walking distance. Vantican City is just 15mins walking distance
    Poor ventilation especially if you cook in the apartment. Air-conditioner is not well-functioned that made the room a little humid. There was electric disruption happened during my stay & it took time for the owner to respond to the problem. The nearest metro station was 15-20mins walking distance

    Everything is fine, very good location, recently refurbished - recommend
    I put 10 out of 10 and will give feedback for improvement: we could not switch off the conditioner by remote control (there is something to repair) and we spent 5 minutes trying to open the entrance door (electronic system could not open lock - need to push door hard to allow opening). It is better to mention that the apartment is located in the basement (not a problem but better to know)

    The room was clean and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for food preparation, large fridge, microwave oven, etc. It's very spacious and comfortable. The communication with the owner and instructions for check in and check out are very clear and easy. The location is very close to the Vatican.
    The location is a bit far from the centre, but you can use the metro and the two buses that pass just outside the room. Not an important problem though

    The host of the apartment is kind and friendly and always eager to help around. Furthermore, he has done very good job with furniture layout and decoration in the room. The room also provides plenty of coffee, tee and other kitchen supplies and is located next to Vatican city, making it extremely safe.
    The room is located in the basement of the building, which is ok in general if u get used to it, so it's not a great problem. But the key point here is that this information isn't provided in the description of the room. So, for this i give minus 2 points with good heart. Moreover, there were some spider webs in the walls, which means that it wasn't cleaned thoroughly, and that other insects live in the apartment as well. Also, we found some ants in the floor which are coming through the wall cracks. For this i give minus another 2 points with great lenience. All around, the apartment is value for money cause it's price is fair but with a lot of drawbacks (some are not listed here). I recommend it for a group of friends, but not for families and couples.     Comfortable for two people, well-equipped and excellent location.
    Good location, excellent and well-equipped apartment. Flexible way of check-in and check-out. Good price for the value.
    Noises can be heard from the street and the neighboring flats. Apartment is in the basement with little natural light.

    Easy easy easy if you need a clean convenient place to explore Rome from.
    The green color was very cool. Great location - just blocks from the Vatican. Inexpensive parking around the corner.
    A little intimidating communicating instructions to get key if you dont speak Italian. Google translate solved this. Host was very easy to work with.
