It was ok due to that staff member

It was at a great location

Very small space but doable However the man that works the overnight time was very untrained and gave us a hard time. I had confirmed that we needed to leave the bags due to a tour was prior to our flight and he kept refusing us almost ruining a $240 tour. I also asked to use the bathroom and he told me no that I couldnt I felt targeted and disrespected by this man

Simple little hotel

Big comfy bed, nice hand soaps, friendly staff, great shower and a great location.

Not the cleanest. On arrival there was hairs on the bathroom walls and floor. The tea cups where dirty and we didn't get fresh towels over the stay.

Superb hotel

Great location room was bigger than we expected with a fridge as a bonus staff were friendly with good local knowledge. We will be going back that says it all really

Very good

I loved staying here. We came for a couple of days to explore Edinburgh and would stay here again.

Perfect location and friendly staff who couldnt do enough.

There was no phone in our room which was located on the 3rd floor.

The friendly girl on reception was really helpful.

Welcoming staff and location.

Room quite small and very noisy in the early hours. Walls were thin so a very sexually active couple could be clearly heard which was a little off putting! There was laundry bags piled high by the lift creating a potential fire hazard.
