Beautiful hotel, nice view, very good price-value

Very nice hotel, perfect view, good swimming pool, delicious breakfast with wide range of foods. Big room, including washing mashine and dr yet (they provide also the washing powder daily); free of charge mini bar (non alcoholic drinks and chips). They provide luggage storage and also they provide chance for a shower if your flight is t the evening and you already checked out. Lobby is really beautiful.

Jacuzzi is quite small. Train station is appr 6-8 mins walk, so rather taxi or tuktuk is recommended. Rover side and citiy center is appr 15-20 mins by train.

It was great location and size for family trip

Superbly situated within walking distance of Centralworld, Paragon, and the BTS station. The generously sized rooms provided ample space for our family of six, and the living room and kitchen were particularly impressive, enhancing the overall comfort and convenience of our stay.

During check-in, the counter initially rejected my globally accepted credit card, causing a frustrating delay of at least half an hour to resolve the payment issue. Despite being able to use the same card everywhere else in Bangkok, the staff insisted it couldn't be used (even after trying multiple Visa cards). This experience marred the first day of my Bangkok trip. Surprisingly, the same card worked seamlessly at the counter the next day, and the staff remained polite throughout.

Beautiful property, spacious and very comfortable.

Check in was appalling. Bogged down with unnecessary bureaucracy and repetition. Accepted a debit card for the payment but refused the same or another debit card for the mandatory THB 3,000 refundable deposit on the room. Only accept credit card or cash for that. All the western food at breakfast was cold without exception. The hotel has no bar.
