The showers were difficult to operate, and (Read More) some guests recommended bringing their own blankets as the ones provided were thin. The indoor heated pools, splash pad, lazy river, and hot tubs were enjoyed, although two hot tubs were broken during the stay. It was pleasant but could be better.

Didnt eat breakfast

The door to the room needs to be replaced. The shower needs to have bars in them not just handicap but all tubs. Need place for ironing board and broom to be put plus longer power cord for coffee pot and microwave.

Really loved it & will be back very soon!

The staff was awesome & friendly. Especially the bar staff. Lou & Tony (Chef). The drinks, food, the welcoming vibe. Food is great. Everything was nice & clean. Felt safe. Loved the Starbucks on site.

If I had to complain, it would be about the amount of chlorine used in the pools & hot tubs. I know its for obvious reasons BUT it was so strong that it was hard to enjoy the hot tub more than 5 mins without eyes burning like crazy. Also, another lady said her young childs skin was burning from the pool water.
