Quick weekend trip to BKK- staff was nice, but hotel is a bit run down and in need of renovations - its not at a five star level, but the hotel provided a daily shuttle to and from Terminal 21, and the location was great. Buffet breakfast was just ok, but plenty of restaurants nearby in walking distance so not an issue.

Its in need of renovation, and the plumbing seemed to rattle and clink whenever used. Other than that, all good-I loved the deluxe room kitchenette and large tile bathroom.

Spacious Room but Far from attractions

The brand and spacious room.

Attitude of the staffs. Staffs were not welcoming and treatments were not the same for brown and white guests. Very far from attractions and shops.

This is passable ! There are better hotels at this price

This is a well appointed hotel but completely out-of-sync with the pictures that one sees on the screen ! The hotel rooms are average and so is everything else. At this price, there are far better hotels available.

Disappointing

Good location but hotel in need of a refit and more friendly front desk staff.

Rooms were spacious. View was ok as it looked out over some lower houses and buildings with green gardens. The location was ok also with an 8 minute walk to Terminal 21 or a free shuttle cab every 30 minutes if you were on time.

The general feel of the hotel did not fit for a 4.5/5 star accommodation. The hotel itself is run down with a number of areas needing maintenance or a refresh (e.g. light fittings, old washing machines and noisy air conditioners). Ironically the Mercure residence building behind the hotel looked very nice inside with well-maintained facilities and fitout.
