Relaxing

We had a good time in the hotel. The breakfast and the dinner was very good. Clean and nice room, beautiful view from the 37 floor to the sea, and for a sun rising look.Very comfortable bed. Good location for having walk or stay at the beach. All the staff took care of us for having a great stay. Thank you Gran Hotel Bali! We come back as soon as possible.

Food was surprising great, spotlessly clean and friendly staff. Great value!

Poolside had a lot of broken glass 3 of us got glass in our feet.

Very good

Hotel is in quite area miles away from old town /new town. Food was overall good. Hotel spotless. The hotel was a good walking distance from the old town and new town.

Thought the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Plus hot food was a little cold in the hot hold.

Fantastic place lovely views.

The location was quiet away from everything so we decided to stay in the hotel and enjoy our one night stay. And the only entertainment that massive hotel could offer was bingo!!!! I can have bingo down the road where I leave in Uk. I rented two room and I payed a bit of tidy money to stay for one night. Really disappointed.

I absolutely loved it there but rooms not good but the amazing staff changed me to a premier room and that made my stay perfect except for the food menu breakfast cold evening meal not good but because the great atmosphere I'm back again Tuesday x
