Very cute concept hotel

Graduate hotels have such a cute concept. Even our key cards featured celebrities (ours was Tiger Woods and Reese Witherspoon) and their alma maters. Staff were excellent, friendly and attentive from the start. The room was neat, though quite small, and gave a very elevated dorm in an elite institution vibes. We didn't get a chance to explore the rooftop bar, but the restaurant was delicious with even better drinks. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in town.

Room was slightly on the dusty side, especially the curtains, but it's a very minor thing and didn't detract from the experience. Other than that, everything else was lovely.

though I had prepaid I was additionally charged $25 property amenity fee upon checking out- what amenity? they dont even have parking. That fee should be disclosed on your web site

Very comfortable and enjoyable with superb central Palo Alto location

Great. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and comfortable rooms.

Water took a long time to drain from sink and shower. Room wallpaper was a bit overpowering (small detail). Breakfast room was a bit small.

It was exactly the right place for our visit.

Loved the renovation...preserved the ''old feel', while delivering comfort and function

Only issue was no hot water the morning we checked out. Felt sympathy for the front desk, who had clearly been fielding calls about it! I'm sure you'll have fixed it

BAD HOTEL CHEATING STAFF AVOID IT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN

I can not sleep at all during the whole night, for the construction of the hotel and the noisy neighbor. I checked in the hotel around 10 PM, and was ready for a sleep. However, I was up for the whole night, for the bed was shaking when the neighbor guest walking on the floor, and the wall was shaking when the guesting were making "some" activities for the whole night. The wall is so thin that it did not block any noise. I originally booked two nights. I told the front desk about this issue around 6 AM in the morning, after around 8 hours of no sleep. The front desk lady agrees to check out on the first day, and promised not charging the second day. However, when I looked at the bill in days, the second day's stay was charged (however I did not stay there at all). Moreover, when I called the hotel, the hotel manager, BEN denied all the promises the front desk lady said, refused to refund the second day. This is not acceptable. SUPER BAD hotel!

Great team managing this property, incredibly helpful! Already planning our next stay!

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, my 6-year-old wanted to ride the old elevator they have. When it wasn't coming down one helpful team member jumped in to help us and ended up running up several flights of stairs to check and see if the door was left open. When she was gone another team member jumped in and offered to assist and do the same. The decor was as expected, tehe building was just cool. Everything was above what was expected, especially at this price point.

Nothing, the hotel was great.

$350 per night ends up to be $800 with Enya Steak House referral

The employees, were beyond helpful.

On top of a $350 1 night room...Paying $50 for parking and another $50 for a late ck out. No breakfast OR COFFEE included Drinks were outrageous! Shower looks nice but sprays all over the tile & you have to wipe it up in order to dry your hair.
