Good value hotel and restaurant near rail and bus stations

The room was quiet, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom had plenty of water. The hotel is close enough to the railway station and bus station that the tuk tuk drivers will probably just tell you to walk there. The restaurant upstairs had good food and friendly service. There is a tuk tuk stand a few meters away for rides to the airport at any hour.

My room had no toilet paper and I had to ask three times before it appeared. They danced around letting me pay with more foreign credit card in a very bizarre way that made me think the reception people were not being honest about it.

The Manager and staff were responsive and very helpful. Since the last checkin time was mentioned as 12am (midnight), I was anxious since our flight was arriving around 10.30pm, and could be delayed. Mr Prabhu assured me that they would check us in even if we were arriving after 12am. They also helped us arrange for courier for some documents. Very clean room and toilets.

We asked for a 3rd bed, but that did not give us much space to move around. We were there just for a few hours, so that didn't bother us too much.

Cooperative and Sweet!

The staff was friendly and cooperative. We checked in a little earlier than the check-in time, and they still gave us the room. The next day, we woke up a little late for breakfast, yet they specially made us breakfast and delivered it to our room.

I think the only issue we had was that the room was smaller than we expected. It was difficult for us to open our bags to pick out clothes. The pillows can be a little thinner, but that's my personal preference. I am sure if I had asked, they would have given me the type of pillow I wanted.

The stay was wonderful, and i loved how welcoming they were from the time of arrival and will not get any better experience than this one. And the food was beyond the words the front desk staff Pramod and Nikhat fatma was great help and had a pleasant smile
