Dont stay here , the owners dont care about there hotel , they are happy running there textile co.

Breakfast was so so . Nothing that Great . Your should have live counters for making eggs and omelets, some guest was less oil , but omelet has to be own added choice vegetables salts etc but here everything was made before and kept .

Horrible experience, dirty towel , lack of service , 31st morning , staff said towel out of stock so my daughter has to wait in shower more than 30 minutes and we called up receptionist thrice . And upon that we got 1 towel , whereas we were 4 members .

it is ok , but be careful to the points indicated.

All are ok , but you should provide comb in the toilet set , in case of mine , i dialed to get it but it didn't reach me.

your tuk tuk service to main road , the person is most of the time missing and most important problem is that , they are quick responding to white people for us they barely response.

Very good

The property met my expectations except the location. However, no complaints on my end.

Wifi, Smart TV and service from bar and restaurant staff. These stood out very well to me.

Men staff at Concierge are not welcoming.

Average

Ok hotel but already 5 years dated. Room was ok. TV had netflix. Good working AC. Worth the price. Did not try the breakfast, but dinner and drinks reasonable priced in the bar/restaurant at pool level.

Kind of away from everything. Closest mall is the new EmSphere with Ikea.

Our room was big and spacious with a bath the bed was so comfortable, great food, nice pool area, super helpful staff.

Location was ok for the 1 night we stayed but if we would have stayed longer I would prefer a more central area.

The rooms are in bad shape, we changed 3 times a room, there was a problem all the time.

good breakfast for the price and the pool was very pleasant

The airconditioning and wifi did not work in the room, had to change room. I the new room there was no hot water. It seems there was a problem in every room.Bad maintenance.

Exceptional

This will always be my first choice of hotel to stay in Bangkok.

In addition to the excellent facilities of the hotel, I loved the 24/7 gym access and the excellent behavior of the staff. They were so friendly, kind, helpful and happy.

Everything was up to my expectations. I have no complaints.

Great receptionists especially the daytime staff..

Good customer service and good breakfast buffet.

Every room needs a new WiFi password which is kind of annoying. The engineering works isnt very good. Many light switches and weird angle of the shower door.
