Really lovely hotel with extra nice touches and brilliant breakfast

Breakfast was amazing! I loved the little cakes in the bar area and the welcome platter. Good area to stay in. Helpful and polite staff. Enjoyed the spa. Close to metro station.

No step free access to hotel that I could see, but didn't need it, just for info.

Amazing experience

Very good and friendly staff that were very helpful and accommodating. We had especially good service from Can who works in the lobby and he really helped us out throughout the trip. Ali also was very helpful and overall the staff are really great and make a difference to your stay. The hotel also has really nice rooms and is situated in a great location.
