Location is good but the room design was not good.

Only the location

Toilet had little flying bugs. Bed not comfortable. Had to go down the hall to get your coffee.

Location

Everything about the room, the pillow was very bad I got neck ache after that thin pillow the condition in the bathroom all old and rusted

Good

Location, there was a small play area for kids. Quite small though.

There were flies in the room residing in the bathroom, resting on the towels. The cleaner is edging towards wanting customers to do it themselves. TV box was hard to operate, it was always rebooting..

Fresh new lobby, nice lounge area and staff very helpful. Breakfast included (based on type of room booked), good selection for breakfast. large pool and tennis court. Family room was large andl clean.

Rooms old and dated. Unpleasant smell on the floor to get to room TVs didn't work (didn't use them so not an issue for us)
