Location Some aspecta of the apartment

Staff did not respond to our queries regarding the showers Some showers did not work properly The staircase leading to the apartment is very dangerous and an absolute health and safety issue It was only mentioned as an issue once we paid in full - no refund

Exceptional

A fabulous family Christmas holiday in an equally fabulous city!!

It was very spacious, beautifully designed and decorated, very warm and comfortable and surprisingly quiet for such a central location. The kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you need to make a huge Christmas dinner!! All the shops and Christmas attractions were within easy walking distance and we had a wonderful time exploring the city.

There were some things in the flat that needed attention and although we highlighted this to the property company by message on Booking.com, no one got back to us at the time or since. The stairwell was in a very poor state of repair, no lighting and actually looked derelict. It is apparently being renovated and I understand that this is outside the owners control, but I believe there is a legal duty of care to ensure safety of all visitors.

Our stay was fantastic and very comfortable- we would definitely stay again

The property is fantastic - very spacious, clean and modern. it has everything you need for a short stay! The location is very central and the property is surrounded by lots of lovely bars, restaurants and shops!

We loved everything about the property but the stairwell is currently being repaired (which we did know about) and there is no lighting at all - it would be a lot safer if temporary lighting could be installed especially now that the dark winter nights have arrived!

Lovely stay in a good sized and well located apartment, could do with a few improvements in access

Location, size, facilities and cleanliness of apartment were great. We were given the wrong code to get into lock box but after quick phone call that was all sorted.

The stairwell was a nightmare, no lights [which we were told about in advance and promised a bottle of bubbly but none was there], disgustingly dirty this could easily be improved upon with a good clean / tidy up and few bigger torches or temporary lights. It felt like lacked care.

Superb

60th birthday celebrations

Loved the location, the size and comfort of apartment. Very well equipped and staff were excellent very accommodating. Our first trip since pandemic for my birthday celebrated with family. Provided exactly what I wanted on my favourite city and will definitely like to revisit this apartment x

Only issue is outside of owners control that is work in entrance hallway which will only be for short period.
