A couple of things were broken Towel rail Toilet roll holder Shower head Needed Dusting Loose curtain pole Mouldy curtains Drinks station/ coffee table was very dirty Just a basic kettle would have been better than a water dispenser boiler thing that filled your cup right too the top with no room for milk. Needed a small fridge for drinks, so we could actually have a drink in the morning with our own milk and somewhere to put it. Bulbs missing from the light it was very dim trying to get ready even in the day light.

Our room was perfect for our 3 night stay, it was cosy, the bathroom was lovely and it is so close to the city centre we could walk everywhere :)

Only problem was the lobby downstairs. Very grim and dull. Gave us a bad first impression, but the actual room was great.

The room was very clean and the space was good

The USB plugs were all not working or with malfunction so we had to go buy an adaptor in the middle of the night because none of us had battery by the time we found out all 4 of them didnt work well

Good for the price, few small issues

Comfortable bed, TV on a bracket was good as we could adjust to the ideal position. Bathroom was nice. Location close to city centre and very well connected for buses. Good Wifi. Pillows were very good, thick and comfy

Water pressure on the shower was poor, very low. TV didn't have Freeview channels, just streaming services. Towels were quite small. There was no proper wardrobe, only a few hangers on a rack which was not suitable for 2 people. Security could be improved, perhaps let guests know if/how often the door codes are changed as otherwise previous guests could let themselves in at any time.

Happy stay. Will recommend and or stay again

All in all, I was happy with the room. Quiet dwelling and Perfect location. Comfortable environment all around and felt secure. Facilities were good and the room was generally clean to my satisfaction. Very close to amenities. Will definitely stay again.

Heating did not come on in the room at time required. Came on much later. Some of the finishing touches around the ages, atleast in my room e.g skirting, would certainly improve the look of the room by miles. Don't foget to dust off the loovers please.
