Incredibly lovely property. We highly recommend you stay here.

This hotel is amazing! Our family of five found the suite to be very spacious with a cozy vibe. Its a quick walk to everything in town, including shopping, restaurants, and the ski lifts, and the amenities are really nice, with a pool, hot tub, and sauna. Free breakfasts are delivered to the suite, which is a luxury. We cannot say enough good things about the staff either. Everyone was very kind and went over and above to make our stay amazing. We definitely recommend it!

Cozy room and new furniture Complete facility in wellness area. The staff are very friendly and helpful Unfortunately we had only one stay due to tight journey plan. It would definitely be turning back choice.

it's a spacious apartment and 5 mins from the cable car. beds were comfortable. got a good gym and spa with a jacuzzi and sauna steam and ice room

The place is in a no-drive zone so you have to park up 5km away and pay for a train shuttle to reach it. they should have this included in the hotel prices instead of an added bill on arrival and late check-in You need to make sure you've eaten or got food with you as everything closes early

Absolutely incredible and memorable stay

Let me it this way: When I go back to Zermatt, I will only look at staying at Firefly. If they are booked, I will change my vacation dates. They are that awesome! I don't know where to begin on how great this place is. I selected the hotel based on pictures and location - like proximity to the lifts and the expansiveness of the rooms. But I was a little worried as I have certainly been fooled by websites; this place is even better than it appears. We had the the Garden Suite for our group of six. The suite was very large and sunny and opened out to a nice area to eat outside. The layout was well thought out and we didn't hear people snoring in the other rooms (yes, that is a real problem with our group).Everything was perfectly clean and the rooms seemed to be built with high quality materials. The design is modern rustic (I hope that's not a contradiction) - it fits in with the rest of Zermatt . The staff was exceptional. The bartenders at Bar55 were absolute mixologists - we used the bar as a meeting place and a relaxing zone. The front desk seemed genuinely happy to help and were, indeed, very helpful. It felt like they were proud of the place and they beamed while showing us the room and amenities. Breakfast was brought in to the room on a cart and they set up a table with settings and the food/beverages, so we got to eat at the table in the room as a family, but it felt like a luxury restaurant. The staff also deserves five stars! The gym was flat out shocking in it's size - bigger and better than most hotel chains. There are multiple saunas, as in one with aromas in the steam, another with sea salt and so on. The hot tub had reclining area where you could get fairly horizontal while relaxing. The entire property was immaculately kept. I cannot recommend this property enough. I am 55 and have traveled a lot, and stayed at nice hotels all over the world. This is my favorite place.

Absolutely fantastic!!

The staff were very helpful from the minute we booked until the very end when they arranged for our luggage to meet us later at the station so we could still enjoy some more sightseeing after we checked out. The room was fantastic as well as the breakfast they set up in our room every morning. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and this wonderful place.
