We loved our stay here!

Perfect location to explore Camps Bay, Cape Town and Cape Peninsula. We were walking distance from the beach and restaurants. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of fruits and the best omlette ever. The view from our room was just breathtaking.

During our stay it was extremely windy in Camps Bay, and the windows in our room were quite old, needs to be renovated to protect against wind and noise. But only extreme strong wind was disturbing, we were quite unfortunate with the weather.

It was okay.

Great location. Has a nice view of the mountain and beach. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The size of our room. The bath water came out looking brownish. Bedding was not changed, used the same bedding for 5 nights; our room wasnt thoroughly cleaned; socket kept on tripping; our TV did not have signal most of the time and the place needs some renovations.

Like - Location of the accommodation in relation to Camps Bay.

Bedroom - No air conditioning and No DSTV available. Netflix you had to remember your personal password and email address to gain access to your Netflix account. No ware was this mentioned in the literature on reviewing the guest house on the facilities available. this was our first experience with a guest house that didn't offer these as a standard for their guests. Bedroom general ware and tear. ceiling lights, short supply in plug points / adapters, security bars, sliding door, curtains and hooks require attention. Suggestion, owners should perhaps stay in the room for one night and take note! Breakfast was okay, but lacked in service. arriving at a table that had traces of the previous persons breakfast and dirty plates. Serving breakfast was very slow. Condiments' sauces eg HP sauce not available. No air conditioning, and lack of opening windows. The ones installed were very small and located at the top of the window, and closed. Literature in the rooms indicated that there was a honesty bar in the lounge area. But there was no honesty bar. When asked the reply was owners experienced to much theft. well update the information, and don't offer it or install a security camera in the lounge area, and check before guest checks out. We have been to many establishments and seen a camera. A way of keeping individuals honest... Pool and surrounding area - pool green and full of leaves...

Breakfast was not bad

OVERWHELMING mothballs in the cupboards, broken AC, broken light in bathroom, floor fan making terrible noise while we tried to sleep in the heat, oh, and reception that was asleep when we arrived!
