Very bad experience

Hotel area is good

Hotel rooms are very bad and have a very bad smell we can't sleep poor maintenance and the bathroom is very bad no hot water provided no room service , when we book a room on site we get confirmation but in the hotel they are telling us it was cancelled without any information about it

A very bad experience

we booked it through booking.com and when we reached there they said we have no booking. The staff was very rude specially a girl at the reception. we had a hard time that day as we were travelling with a dog. I dont recommend these unprofessional guys.
