Not pleasant

They didnt allow me to wait Untill my flight, they were charging me half day rent , checking out time was 6 pm. I requested them to let leave the room by 9 pm . For 3 hours extend - the manger said they will charge half day cost . Plus I was a solo female traveler- no courtesy. It was very shameful act , hotels are always mindful and allow extensions. It was not a full occupancy.

Amazing time and stay in the hotel

Great selection for the breakfast, staff were there to help when needed. Rooms were very nice and clean and had all the facilities you need

The drive way facilities are very tight but the staff make it work. The laundry cost were quite high compared to what you could get in the local shops

A most comfortable stay

I had initially stayed at another boutique hotel in Kathmandu but opted to switch to this hotel upon my return from a long trek. It turned out to be a fantastic decision. From the moment we entered, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with our trekking bags and offering us drinks. The room, including the shower, was spacious, impeccably clean, and remarkably comfortable. The hotels central location provided a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling atmosphere of Kathmandu. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the hotels restaurant, Kava Grill, where the food was excellent, and the staff was consistently friendly and accommodating. I wouldnt hesitate to choose this hotel again if I were to visit Kathmandu in the future.
