Cheap place, but there are definetely better options in BKK

The price is very cheap. Location is good. Place is fairly clean.

We paid for a supreme room and were given a standard room (which is ridiculously small) and after letting the staff notice they still tried telling us that it was a supreme. We had to show them the pictures on booking and our reservation before they actually agreed it wasnt the room we paid for. Luckily, after insisting a bit, we got changed to the right room the day after.

Very nice small hotel in a great location

The owner/management changed after covid but the quality standards are still the same. I've been already 7-8 times here in the last 12 years and I may still be back

The daily rate is higher than in the past, they may not be competitive with other accommodations in the same area

The staffs were really good to us esp Govin.. Clean rooms. N very convenient to find tuk tuk n travel around. Nearby restaurants n bar.. Walking distance to Khao San road.

Excellent hospitality, smiling staff, service excellent, crystal clear rooms and at a very central point. And they kept the suitcases after check out until the night we would leave Bangkok. Thanks for all!!!
