Superb

Safe, friendly, and luxurious resort that gave me a chance to fully relax and enjoy my vacation.

The staff were very helpful and super friendly. The resort had many facilities and activities that were all easily accessible. The all inclusive package really included everything one could imagine. There was a wide selection of food, great cocktails, and a great vibe overall. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying at Emerald.

The beach could have been cleaner, there were many small bugs in the garden pool, and pools could have been cooler considering the weather was very hot.

Highly recomend! Nice staffs!

receptionist r nice. guided us how to use the app. room is good. provided fruit and wine in room. every staff is sooo nice with passion, made us feel warm and happy. pools r big. so many activities every day. i learned a lot Swahili at the language class . waiter in restarant told jokes made us laughing we r so happy during stay there. will go again!

Great secluded location. The only hotel on the beach. Great pools. Food was very good.

Service is good, but not great. Staff is friendly, but somewhat helpless and slow. SPA is overpriced. Gym is poor. One side of the beach is crowded with ppl leaving for snorkling - not a big issue as the beach is huge.

10/10 resorr - best location, stunning ameneties an excellent service

Fantastic resort with excellent quality of service, cleanliness and comfort! Everything was perfect! The dive centre were excellent, Sanjeev and the whole hospitality/catering group fantastic, lovely beach which gets cleaned and raked everyday, walking areas get washed every day. Attention to detail is great. Great for family and kids are well looked after! Lovely pool and excursions

Excellent accomodation, lovely location

The food was excellent with a variety of choices to suit every palate. The property is large and expansive, so it never felt crowded. The attention to detail of our every need was promptly met. We enjoyed our holiday immensely.
