Perfect place for Decadence!!

The breakfast was excellent!! Very easy to access, well laid out, and included much more than you could ever want! Very quiet rooms, respectful guests, elevator never had much of a wait. Probably will stay here again! Really easy fast check out

Stayed here for Decadence, the check-in took over 30 minutes. The staff were doing the best they could but seems the hotel needs to work on some processes to make that more efficient. The cost of $52 per day to park is just too high. Seems that should be more in the $25-30 range.

Location is questionable, not a four star hotel, needs improvement at all levels.

There is nothing spectacular about the property, decor was drab, white woods and stone, architecture was peculiar, the rooms were designed in the center of the building, allowing you to see the fourth floor.

There were too many pieces of large furniture in the sitting area . The hallway was too dark, my room was located on the 11 floor at the end and it was poorly lit. The room was not vacuumed for eight days, only when I mentioned it, it was done late at night. The toilet was not thoroughly cleaned, only noticed when my husband lifted up the seat and saw blood on the rim of the toilet bowl. I am sixty seven years old. Dishes were left for days and were not taken out . On the day before we left, the room attendant came, cleared the trash bins and that was the cleaning she did, but I noticed that she did not make up the bed, I had to ask her if she made up the bed. In addition to that, she found no other place but to put the towels on top of the toilet tank. The bed was uncomfortable, bedding was not appropriate for the present temperature. Heating was insufficient in the seating area, heat did not flow properly, if it was raised, the bedroom became to hot, unbalanced air system. Was not impressed with happy hour, no deviation, same thing every day, breakfast was the same. Work was being done in the reception area to replace tiles on the floor in a small area, it took about four days.

Location, comfort,

No bottle water in the room, when I asked for a couple of bottle they said "come to the reception and get it" Hotel's Car park $52 overnight! There is a parking next to the hotel it is $12 overnight! No one to provide help to carry the luggages to the room. We had to do it ourselves at the age 70...

Nice and comfy!

Rooms are big and well designed for our family needs. It has TV, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and sink. Good size closet for coats. Nice living room with a TV, sofa and dining table.Very pretty and clean. Also, I have to say that we enjoyed the breakfast (included). It offers a good variety of food and drinks.

It doesnt have a parking lot. Just a valet @ $52 per night. I think they should have a special rate for guests.
