The property was great, only thing I didnt like was how busy it was when we had left. Thats something the hotel cant control though.

Very good

Excellent location, really good breakfast, perfect for visiting downtown Denver.

The person at the check-in desk was not fit to play the role of welcome. Not inclined to listen to the customer's word. In addition to making confusion with the rooms, he did not even apologize after the hotel manager (requested by us) made her understand where he was wrong in looking for our reservation.

Beautiful hotel, staff, comfortable and clean

The restraint only allows you to sit in it in the morning for breakfast if you get the $24 dollar buffet. You have to sit at the bar or bring it back to your room if you want a la cart.

Breakfast included but then you still charge us.

Location and the room size

Being charged for breakfast when it clearly says on our booking confirmation that breakfast is included. As well as the fact that we asked the person checking us in if everything was OK for our breakfast and it was included. We got a definite confirmation. Now Grand Hyatt have refused to give our deposit back and have charged us for breakfast. It's $50 but I am gonna fight this. This is unacceptable and leaves me angry.
