Superb

Location was awesome. Had a happy hour and breakfast. Atrium had a lot of room and felt like you were included.

Breakfast items were cold. No hot tub.

Very good

Very nice, the service could be better, but overall a great vaule and a beautiful place.

Breakfast was very good, especially the omlette bar and vegan breakfast options. The Happy Hour cocktails were very good, and the staff at the bar were great. The beautiful view of the inside of the hotel from the Mezzanine during breakfast and happy hour.

Not having default cleaning of rooms on a daily basis. The room service when you asked for something was poor: I asked for an extra chair and a couple of extra cups for the tea and coffee and never got either. The snacks during cocktail hour were stale.

I did like the breakfast. I did like happy hour. All the staff were very friendly.

I didn't like that the beds were super hard. I didn't like that it was only one glass in a suite for 4 people even though I had 2 people. I didn't like that kids were running around everywhere.

Good

Decent enough but Chicago hotels are a posh vibe in other hotels

Valet Parking and hood location. Breakfast was far above average.

Needs updated , missed opportunity for catching up with the current decor of today and a lobby space as large and grand was pretty boring.

Good

Location. However the noise from the renovations of some floors and the watered down nachos and bottom self liquor as disappointing to say the least. Room phones were not working and some days the water was cut off from several hours.
