I booked on booking and the hotel was going to charge $76-$100 more until I saw the statement and called!

The place was not clean I had roaches in my room the service was awful the place was not clean at all very bad experience never again in my life I will stay there and the price was not even discounted after all those inconvenience and no manager reach out to us at all the phone ring forever before we for someone to help us Horrible place to stay

Could be better experience. With so many options I will choose a different location in the future.

Location was great and brake fast was awesome. Little busy but normal for the days.

Staff were far from friendly. Room was comfortable but with 2 tweens bed and a sofa bed that was not ready to use. Bathroom was not clean enough and in our arrival the trash cans were filled with garbage. Nobody showed up to prepare the sofa bed. Hubby went to the reception to get sheets 2 hours after we reported. 3/10 service.

Nice but not great! On a scale from 1-10 -they get a 5!

The property was very centrally located -easy access to everything. The employees were nice and they gave me back my deposit quickly.

The furniture was very outdated-they need new beds & mattresses also new sofas & chairs. Everything looked antique.The pool area also needs a hot tub and it needs to be upgraded as well! Also we had nats flying around a lot .The room was kinda small too! The breakfast was ok but not great-you need to use hot utensils to keep your food hot after its cooked! Also when I inquired about a late check out-they wanted to charge me for a whole nights stay-just to leave at four-thats outrageous!!

Great hotel location and servicei7

Very good location in the center of the international drive close to attractions and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great with multiple verifies. we also enjoyed the complimentary happy hour drinks.

Bed sizes could increase to queen and would be a great addition. The pool heater is not that hot, especially in this cold weather.
