Nice architecture but lacking in other details.

Cute architecture

Noisy location, not very proactive staff to help you carry heavy luggage up and down , small toilet, fluctuating shower water temperature, they ask to book your breakfast in advance but still took 20 minutes extra!

A charming and beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Gade, the manager was so helpful with recommendations of areas, cafes, restaurants and sites to see.

Great value

Little boutique hotel in the middle of Chiang Mais old town, so within walking distance to most attractions and temples. Incredibly helpful and kind staff. Good breakfast options.

Theres no elevator and we were on the third floor - not a major problem for us, but I imagine it could be for some people. Some of the bathroom fixtures were falling/not firmly attached to the wall. Bed sheets had stains on them. Breakfast was good but its a fixed menu and you can order only one dish. I missed an option to have something like a sandwich or cheese.

Amazing stay

The staff were absolutely amazing and I cannot fault them in any way, They are all very friendly, attentive and could not do enough to help us. Breakfast was delicious with quite a few options to pick from. The rooms were well decorated and I would definitely stay again.

Pillows were a little too high but thats personal preference. Shower went a little cold during busy times

We stayed at EllieBum twice. Absolutely wonderful!

In the design, you can see they thought of everything. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. They did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Nothing! was absolutely lovely. A bit far from the main might bazzar, however the street has lots of resturants, bars, massage parlours etc.
