We loved the hotel. The location and staff were great 30 min. flexiblity on check out and 10 stars

We loved the hotel. The location and accommodation was great!

We would have really appreciated a little extra check out time (11:30 vs 11 AM) since we had a Vatican tour that ended at 10:30 but they were not flexible at all on the time.

Very noisy, you could hear everything .The cleaning was very unpolite the day of our leaving they basically kicked us out of the room at the checkout hour( the first time it happened to me).

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The proximity to the Vatican was fantastic - a few minutes walk away. Also we were provided with a mobile phone to use while staying to call taxis, airlines, local calls etc and use as travel guide using maps etc. a surprising addition to our stay. Thank you Elle Boutique for being so welcoming when we arrived exhausted by providing tea and coffee while we waited for our room.
