Very good

The location is central to Franschhoek. The wifi is good and there is good parking. We didn't notice any interruption to power due to load shedding. The room was clean and comfortable. There is no breakfast option but there are plenty of excellent places to eat in town. Communication from the property regarding check-in was excellent although we didn't actually see anyone during our stay which was fine.

Convenient, quiet residential area, easy walk to restaurants.

Big room, big bed and lovely linen and towels including pool towels. Pleasant shared garden and plunge pool. Spacious secure parking. Quiet safe neighbourhood, easy walk to the centre, plenty of restaurants, and 25 min walk to wine tram terminal.

In unit 2, other guests walk past entrance and could see into room, so it doesnt feel private. Can hear other guests in the two adjacent units.

Very good

Good room, poor hosting

Very nicely decorated. Quiet street but very close to the main interest points. Very clean.

We have barely seen the host. When we tried to contact them for information it was impossible to reach them on the phone. We let them know we were going to arrive early in the morning, they said it was not a problem but then we ended up waiting for a while and could not get in contact with them.
