It was a good stay, just the only thing we mind is charges of breakfast bufay.

Most of the guests were free for bufay breakfast. However they charded us for breakfast bufay.

I will never stay again in this hotel

The location is good near a mall that has designer outlet and close to restaurants and coffee shops. The smell of white ginger in the corridors of the hotel was relaxing and nice

This is the worst five star hotel I have ever stayed at in Doha in terms of cleanliness and service! The room was dirty, even after we complained and asked for it to be cleaned, it still had cakes leftovers on the table from previous guests! The mosquitos were everywhere. Moreover, on new-years eve the sound was very loud in the bedroom! Also, the service is too bad we stayed for 3 nights and the room was cleaned only once! We asked for a water and we got it after 3 hours! What kind of 5 starts is that?

Overall I was happy with the room and the service they provided as well as the conceirge

The location is perfect and the rooms are pretty spacious and comfortable and the cleaning is done whenever required .

If u check in early like at 8 am they charge you full night for an extra night from one day earlier unlike the other hotels Ive stayed in doha who accommodate you for free by giving an early check in. Also other hotels always allow a late check out for a couple of hours beyond the usual check out time but here they flatly refused without taking half day charge for one night which I had to pay so I ended up paying 1 extra night for a few hours earlier check in and another half night for a few hrs extra of a late check out which I never had to pay at my stay in hotel Westin Doha a number of times and also at Hilton double tree doha twice .
