Beach makes everything better

We like driftwood, but this time, the room was dirty and very, very small, the toilet was disgusting and wasnt splashed, and the bathroom was broken. We may try other resorts for the next time, and some rooms need to be updated badly.

Motel with private beach

Very quite and private location, with private beach and pool. Very friendly staff. Very clean place.

Basically it is just a motel with private beach. Very overpriced, small pool. Very far from the town. No facilities on site. Room was extremely small. No lifeguard on the beach and not in the pool.

Very good

Close proximity to the beach though on this weekend the weather was mostly rain despite this the heated pool was open and when the rain stopped we were able to swim. I love the fact that this property is outside the downtown of Montauk and draws a more family oriented crowd. Will return in the future.

Obviously no control over a beach destination in the rain but perhaps property management could offer a future discount of some sort on another booking or offer discount with some of the restaurants as a rainy day perk win win for resort and local businesses.
