Definitely not worth the price we paid for each night! Would of been better off bringing a air mattr

The location was beautiful and close to town

The kitchen refrigerator was extremely loud and was turning in and off throughout the night. The couch bed was broken and not able to sleep in. The bottom floor rooms can hear everyone walking around upstairs. No cable tv and all apps which was horrible for our rainy evenings.

Bad

Awful smell. Broken bed. Unempathetic staff. All for $500/night!

The kitchen and bathroom look recently renovated and there is an ocean view from the balcony

The room smelled awful. Like something toxic. It was so bad that I almost left in the middle of the night. It was very hard to sleep. The bed was also very much broken. Every time you moved an inch you felt it breaking more. My husband and I are not heavy either. It has been like that for a long time. Unfortunately we had to leave due to a medical emergency for my husband and had to take him to the ER and check out early. We did not get so much as a hope everything is okay or feel better from the management staff via message when I let them know or from the front desk at check out.

Superb

Great hotel with clean, spacious rooms and spectacular ocean views!

The staff was extremely nice. Especially Ryan who ran the pool area. It's rare to see an employee take that much pride in their work and the happiness of guests. The room and facilities were very clean. The room was a great size. Beds were very comfortable. Location was great. Right across the street from the beach with water views from our balcony. Great beach area for hotel guests right across the street. Close to town, but I liked not staying right in town.

Disappointing

Overall an exceptional location and staff

Excellent staff upon arrival through completion. Greeted by everyone wherever they were on the property with a smile and a hello. The accommodations were very spacious and cleaned by the staff. It felt very clean and well maintained

When the upstairs guest arrived there was constant creaking in the floor when they walked throughout their unit. Not their fault but annoying and very uncomfortable having to listen to that. The floor structure really needs to be looked at and likely screwed down with some additional screws.
