Exceptional

Beautiful, clean space- highly recommended!

The location and facilities are amazing. Well worth the extra money. The details of the room help make for a lovely stay. The beds are comfortable, rooms quiet, and the sound of the ocean is the best part. The staff are friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

Three things: 1) parking is expensive for an already expensive room, 2) we were told that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance upon checking in. It wouldve been nice to know this before arriving. 3) every staff person was friendly and helpful, except for the woman who checked us out. She asked if I wanted a printed receipt and when I said yes she acted like I was bothering her. She made excuses like our printer is slow, and we usually email receipts. I said I could wait and it took her less than a minute to print. She said here and handed it to me haphazardly and without looking at me. Its a small detail considering how great the place was, but it left a bad taste in my mouth as we were leaving.

Very nice room,

Beds were comfortable, room was very clean, and parking was easy

The elevator has duct tape all over inside and when we pressed #2 , every time it would stick. Eventually, by pressing to ( door open) button, it took us to 3rd floor - back to lobby. We used the stairs....continually. Also, There was noise above our room at 4 am, and a large construction crew right below our balcony in the a.m. We were not able to sit out & enjoy our view & coffee outside, as they looked at us and we're close by!

FANTASTIC STAY EVEN WITH THE BED ISSUE

We could see the Pier & Boardwalk Perfectly From Our Balcony. Watching the Surfers and People on the Beach, The Guy Writing Stuff In The Sand. The Walking Distance from Almost Everything we were down there for was A Plus.

The Mattress Was TO HARD so I had a rough time Sleeping, waking up with a Stiff Back, even though The Staff Gave Me Extra Comforters to try and Aliviate The Issue, but I made the Best Of The Situation !!!

Excellent beach stay

Great ocean views, great location, excellent hotel staff, great options for food. Valet parking. Staff were brilliant, very courteous. Rooms were great, pool, spa, excellent views.

The ocean view made it exceptional, everything else...meh.

Can't beat the location, which is why you're held hostage at a 3 star hotel that bills you like its 5 stars. I do have to say: their restaurant is EXCELLENT.

Tired decor, chipped paint/wood frames, impossible to understand remote control/not a very good TV screen, a terrace that needs some serious work, also: no gym.
