Exceptional

A relaxing and peaceful place to stay with excellent food and great staff. Highly recommended.

It was well positioned in park like surroundings and great views. It was close to interesting shops, bakery and places to explore. The room was comfortable, clean and serviced daily. The food was exceptional and the staff were efficient and friendly. It had a great swimming pool area and a hub for family entertainment.

There was nothing that we didnt like about the property. We did however have a tricky key to our room that needed to be turned in just the right way to unlock.

Disappointing

Well maintained gardens Clean place . Some of the food dishes were good A variety of activities to do

The hotel including the rooms are not elderly friendly. It doesn't cater for the aged. The reception did not inform us that carts are available. My elderly 86 year old mother had to walk to the spa. The outside seats were wet all the time. A proper canopy should be built. No ashtray placed on the outside tables...had to constantly ask for it. People placed their dirty feet on the tables and they were not stopped. The Indian food lacked Indian authenticity. At 11pm a child kept on knocking on the door and running away. I couldn't get back to sleep thereafter. The hallway on the 3rd floor needs to be upgraded

We had a good time in a stunning location and a welcoming environment.

Perfect location, appreciated the Christmas tree and decorations in lobby, friendly & helpful staff, good food, comfortable beds

Pool area a little small for seating area. The lobby could do with a minor update but keep the charm.

Great environment with many activities on site and close by.

The property has many things to do (hiking, canoeing, volleyball, golf, tennis, basketball, mini soccer, pool, table tennis, game room with PS5 etc) and the mountain and lake view gives it a good siting and a great environment. The meals were great as well.

The property is a bit old and needs upgrade on keys as it still use iron keys instead of the modern card system. The shower is an afterthought inside the tub and not comfortable.
