Great but Housekeeping bad

Facilities are fabulous and so are the pools, bhekani security at the gate so welcoming and smiles .

Housekeeping is atrocious , front desk non helpful waited a good hour post check inn time because Housekeeping was not done, during my stay room was not cleaned. Please improve on Housekeeping

The facilities and activities were fantastic, lots to do with the family. Comfortable accomodation.

The waiting periods for food during the day at the resturant was too long. Lots of ants in the timeshare accommodation.

Plugs not working Lights not working Property is old needs renovation We arrived after 15:00 but the accommodation was not ready . We were not happy at all we woke up and left the place as we were disappointed

Expected a lot more. Shoddy maintenance, disinterested staff and with no air conditioners or working fans in the rooms -

The swimming pools, although requiring some maintenance, was welcome

Getting there was like driving through a mine field - the worst roads I have ever encountered. No air conditioner in the self catering units Checked out was tedious and cumbersome, no inventory list provided yet we had to wait 10 to 15 mins before housekeeping signed off on our departure to confirm no breakages - I have not experienced this anywhere else in all my travels, ceiling fans did not work in the rooms and and maintenance the front desk staff were pathetic
