Overall with the rains we didnt see much animals so its a bit of a disappointment

The full board package included generous beverages when you request. The bed is comfortable.

The staff services were lukewarm. Depends who you speak to or come across, the service was inconsistent and cold. We didnt feel the warm hospitality upon arrival after a long haul travels and exhausted with the journey. The lodge simply asked us to have lunch as the room was not ready. It seems like some of the staffs are also on holidays hence they are a bit short of staff. The food was also subpar. It was either too salty or not cooked properly. Theres no one telling you that the evening dinner set up is different every night so you just walk in and ask. The ranger guide service also subject to who you get. We experienced 2 guides and they were very different. One tried to finish in 2 hours and the other went extra long but it was getting dark and cold. The lodge is abit dated and could do some uplifting.

My mom look a tour group of 6pax total. We are from China. All she could tell me about the place is they didn't like Chinese. We will never recommend or return again.

Food was excellent. Services was exceptional. Location is very good. The road getting to Imbali was VERY corrugated and very tough going at times and we did have a 4x4. Some of the lodge is looking a little tired. However we had a great stay, we have been before and we will return.

Last time we always received cold wash cloth, on arrival and on return from a game drive. This time we only got a flannel once in the 2 days, 4 drives! That would be a really nice touch!

Lovely accommodation with every facility. the food was excellent. Wi-Fi was very good both in the room and in the communal areas. good parking. all the staff were great.

it was expensive but then I guess youre paying for being inside the park. our safari guide was a little inexperienced.

Exceptional experience

We stayed in the lodge only for two days and it was just an incredible experience. Many thanks to our guide Andrew who went beyond any expectations driving through the bush for a perfect scenery of a tribe of lions preceded by the leopard sighting.
