We wont be returning

Concierges were rude

Customer service couldve been better. The front desk staff was not the friendliest. Once we arrived we had to wait over two hours for our room to be ready.

Enjoyed the location, service by staff and quality of the hotel.

Very modern hotel with excellent service by the staff. Location very close to main train station and opposite the bus stop. Main attractions are within a 2,5km radius.

Bottled water was limited to two per day - I would have expected that this should be more flexible for the room rate we paid.

Fantastic. Very central.

Breakfast was ok but choice not as great as Hampton by Hilton in Berlin. Staff were amazing, so helpful especially Devine who just awesome..welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and ready to help. She needs a pay rise.
