How yall gonna charge me extra for driving to stay at your hotel???!!!

Comfort of the beds

Took 20 minutes to check in, was charged $10 to park, and $22 for breakfast, a lot of hidden fees that werent advertised.

The lobby beautiful the gym ok and close to the highway staff friendly and cookies nice

The traffic noise!! Its like Im sitting on the highway all day and night. Room also cold. Barely got it above 65 for our two night stay. Limited food and no room service or free breakfast. Hotel feels old not like the double tree we usually stay in. Disappointed

Good. ( but LONG walk to elevator or rooms )

Good location. Good rooms. Good bed.

Way way too far of a walk to the elevator! Yuck! Some people can't walk ( a lot. ) Property is kind of old. Renovated. It's nice. Just wish it was more accessible to all people, all types of mobility.

Very good

Overall, the hotel was fairly clean, and the workers were nice.

Majority of my towels in the room had either faint stains, or hair on them. Linen should be inspected and cleaned better. My toilet stopped working on the final night.

I think we got over charged. We didnt have a key card to get into our room until the last night, we had to be escorted to our room each time we arrived at the hotel because the key card machine was not working. I paid 500 for two nights, and didnt even have a key card. Staff was also rude when we first arrived

I checked in on Friday, 10/20 and per the front desk they could not give me keys to my room because the machine was down. I had to be escorted to my room every time because I had no keys. It was an inconvenience of my time. There were times where I had to wait at least 15 mins for a staff member to open my door. Ice machine was down on the first floor. The staff did not offer anything for this inconvenience.
